End of Year Chromebook Collection Information

• Students should turn in their Chromebooks and chargers to the media center on the day they finish their last exam. 
• Seniors should have their Chromebooks and chargers turned in by the end of the school day on June 5. 
• All students are required to sign a document when they turn in their Chromebooks and chargers to the media center.
• Any student who needs their Chromebook over the summer for specific reasons, like taking the SAT or taking a NCVPS class, should complete this form: Summer Chromebook Checkout Form  When school begins in August, students who checked their Chromebooks out over the summer should bring it to the media center to be checked in.
• Any students who do not return their Chromebooks or do not complete the Summer Checkout Form will have their Chromebooks locked. It will not be unlocked until we return to school in August.
